Recurring Payment Consent

Last updated: May 28, 2026

1. General provisions

This Consent governs the procedure for the automatic, recurring debit of funds from the User's bank card to CSBoard for access to a CSBoard Premium subscription (Starter, Pro, Elite, Ultimate tiers).

A recurring payment is an automatic, repeating debit of funds without the User re-entering bank card details.

2. Enrolling in recurring payments

  • Recurring payments are enrolled only when paying with a Russian-issued bank card via the payment provider Antilopay (OOO Antilopay, licensed by the Central Bank of Russia) on csboard.com or csboard.trade.
  • By making the first card payment and accepting this Consent, the User authorises Antilopay to store a payment token and use it for subsequent automatic charges.
  • Bank card details are not stored by CSBoard. The payment token and payment data are handled by Antilopay in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.
  • Payments via cryptocurrency, the international card provider Fungies (Visa/Mastercard issued outside Russia) or CS2 skins are NOT recurring. Subscriptions paid through those rails are renewed manually by the User before the current paid period ends.

3. Charge terms

  • Charges are made in the amount corresponding to the tier selected by the User (Starter — $7.50, Pro — $15.00, Elite — $29.00, Ultimate — $69.00 per month).
  • Charges run monthly, starting from the date the subscription was enrolled. The next charge falls on the matching calendar day each subsequent month.
  • The first charge is made at the moment the subscription is enrolled.
  • No trial period is offered by default. If a trial is granted under a separate promotion, the first paid charge runs after the trial ends.
  • The subscription stays active until the User cancels it.

4. Notifications

  • Price, charge cadence, next-payment date and cancellation procedure are disclosed to the User before recurring payments are enrolled — on the tier page and in the confirmation email.
  • 3 days before each charge a reminder is sent to the email the User registered with.
  • After each successful charge a receipt is sent to the User's email.

5. Failed charges

  • If a charge fails due to insufficient funds, a blocked card, an expired card or any other reason, access to Premium features may be paused until a successful payment.
  • CSBoard and/or the payment provider may retry the charge — up to 3 retries over 7 days after the first failure.
  • If payment still fails within 7 days, the subscription is automatically cancelled. The User can re-subscribe at any time.

6. Cancelling recurring payments

The User may cancel recurring payments at any time via:

  • Account dashboard — /profile → Premium → Manage subscription;
  • Tier page /premium — "Cancel subscription" button;
  • Email request to support: [email protected].

Cancellation stops future automatic charges. The current paid period continues until its end — Premium features remain available until the end of the current period.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in accordance with the offer terms, the refund policy and applicable law.
  • Refunds for already-consumed subscription periods are not issued — the service is intangible and is delivered at activation.
  • If the User believes a charge is erroneous or unintentional (e.g. forgot to cancel a trial), they may contact support at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

8. Price and term changes

  • CSBoard may change the price, cadence or other terms of the subscription with at least 30 days advance notice to the User. Notice is sent to the User's email and published on /premium.
  • If the User does not agree with the changes, they may cancel the subscription before the next charge date via the methods listed in section 6.
  • Continued use of the Premium subscription after the changes take effect constitutes the User's agreement to the new terms.
