what is the awp fever dream?
The AWP Fever Dream is a Covert-rarity skin for the AWP sniper rifle in Counter-Strike 2. It was introduced on September 14, 2017, as part of the Spectrum 2 Case. Designed by community artist apel8, the skin features a chaotic, hand-painted aesthetic with neon pinks, purples, teals, and yellows blending into abstract faces and dreamlike imagery. Its bold, psychedelic look makes it a standout choice for players who want a loud, artistic finish.
As a Covert skin, it's one of the rarer drops from its case. It comes in all standard wear levels, from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, and supports StatTrak technology. The float value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, meaning the skin's appearance degrades noticeably at higher wear, with more scratches and fading on the body and scope.
